Style Appreciation: Tracee Ellis Ross
An actress, a comedian, the list goes on.
Daughter of legend Diana Ross, Tracee Ellis Ross began her career in the world of fashion in the early 90's as a model and was signed to Wilhelmina Models. A theater major fresh out of college, Brown University to be exact, Ross's roots to fashion continued as she was an intern and contributing fashion editor at Mirbella Magazine. Between big and small onscreen roles, she then later received her breakthrough role as Joan Clayton in the hit UPN/The CW TV show, Girlfriends. Ross has continued to make major strides in television. Earlier this year, she became the first black woman since 1982 to win a Golden Globe for best actress in a musical or comedy TV series for her character Rainbow Johnson in Black-ish. Aside from her stunning beauty and killer acting skills, Ross is a style maven with a wardrobe to die for. Her red carpet looks and street style combined is always an effortless execution. And you can't forget her gorgeous mane, talk about hair goals! There are a plethora of looks I love from the fashion-forward actress, but down below I've shared six.
